We want you to love your OzStraps purchase. If you experience any issues—whether it’s the wrong size, incorrect item, change of mind, or a faulty product—our team is here to help.

60-Day Returns Window

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of your purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Partial refunds may apply in certain situations (see Refunds section below)

To initiate a return, please email sales@ozstraps.com.au.


Exchanges

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact our team.

If the issue is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we can still assist within the 60-day return period.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Details

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • A $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from any refund

  • Alternatively, we can arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refunds

Refunds are available for items confirmed to have a manufacturing fault.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm:

  • Receipt of your returned item

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and issued to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider (e.g. PayPal)

  2. Allow time for standard processing delays
