Our warranty covers any manufacturing faults that occur during normal use, including:
Material defects (e.g. cracking, peeling, or splitting)
Faulty stitching or bonding
Issues with connectors, clasps, buckles, or adjustment mechanisms
If something’s not right, simply submit a claim through to sales@ozstraps.com.au and our team will review your case and, if approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to your original purchase price.
Like all wearable gear, watch bands go through daily wear. The following aren’t covered under warranty:
General wear and tear (e.g. fading, scratches, or natural ageing)
Accidental damage (e.g. extreme heat, water damage on non-waterproof bands)
Misuse or improper care (e.g. rough handling, incorrect installation, exposure to chemicals)
Screen Protectors:
Our tempered glass screen protectors are designed to absorb impact and protect your watch. If one cracks, it’s done its job, this isn’t considered a defect and isn’t covered under warranty.
