Materials for every occasion

Silicone is the standard choice for training, swimming and hot weather, since it is hydrophobic and easy to rinse clean. Nylon loop styles suit gym sessions and everyday wear, while leather and Milanese loop options dress the Venu down for the office. Since all Venu bands use a standard quick-release spring bar, it is easy to keep a couple of styles on hand and swap between them in seconds.

How do I know which Venu band size I need?
Check the model name on the back of your watch or in the Garmin Connect app. The 3S, 2S and Venu 4 (41mm) take 18mm bands, the original Venu, Venu SQ, Venu SQ 2 and Venu 2 Plus take 20mm, and the Venu 3, Venu 2 and Venu 4 (45mm) take 22mm.

Do Venu bands use the same QuickFit system as the Fenix?
No. The Venu series uses standard quick-release bands, not Garmin's QuickFit system. The mechanism is still tool-free, but the bands themselves are a different design and are not interchangeable with QuickFit bands.

Will a Venu 2 band fit my Venu 3?
Yes. Both the Venu 2 and Venu 3 use a 22mm band, so they are fully interchangeable. Always match by width rather than model name though, since sizing does change across the range, for example the Venu 2S is 18mm while the Venu 2 is 22mm.

Do quick-release bands need any tools to fit?
No. Quick-release bands have a small spring-loaded pin built into the spring bar, so you can remove and fit a new band in seconds by hand.

What is the difference between the Venu SQ and Venu SQ 2?
Both use the same 20mm band width, so bands are fully interchangeable between the two models. The SQ 2 has a larger display and updated internals, but the strap fitting is unchanged.
