What size band does the Garmin Venu 2S use?
The Venu 2S uses an 18mm quick release band. This is the same size as the Venu 3S, Vivoactive 4S, Forerunner 255S and Forerunner 265S, so bands are interchangeable across all of them.
Do I need a spring bar tool to change the band?
No. Quick release bands have a small spring-loaded pin built into the spring bar, so you can remove and fit a new band in seconds by hand.
Will a Venu 3S or Vivoactive 4S band fit my Venu 2S?
Yes. Both use the same 18mm quick release fitting as the Venu 2S, so bands are fully interchangeable.
Does my Venu 2 or Venu 2 Plus use the same band as the Venu 2S?
No. The standard Venu 2 uses a larger 22mm band and the Venu 2 Plus uses 20mm, while the Venu 2S is the smallest at 18mm. Check the case size on the back of your watch if you are unsure which model you have.
Are these bands water resistant?
Silicone and stainless steel Milanese bands are both fully water resistant and suited to swimming, sweating and general wet weather use.
